If you’re a jam lover like me, there is nothing better than a super sweet jam without any added sugar. If you like dried fruit, this is the perfect recipe for you, simple, yet delicious.
Makes around 3 jars (depending on the size)
- 7 dried figs
- 10 dried apricots
- 150 g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Put all the dry ingredients in a pot and add water until everything is covered.
Let it soak for about 12 hours, then cook on low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool, then blend it all up (possibly with an immersion blender) and transfer to small jars.
NB: once opened this jam needs to be consumed in a week or so.
