Coconut date balls (nut-free)

When I crave something sweet these balls are my favorite thing to have, they’re super easy to make and delicious.
You will only need 4 ingredients and a food processor.

Ingredients

Makes 12 balls

  • 10 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Add all the dry ingredients to the blender and blend on high.
Depending on the blender you have this process might take you only a few seconds to couple of minutes, but don’t worry, if I can make it with an old half-broken blender, then you can too!

Once the ingredients seem pretty well blended together, add the water, and blend again, you’ll end up with a pretty wet mixture.

Take some of the mixture and shape it into small balls, then gently roll them in coconut flour and set them on a plate or container.

And you’re done! Enjoy!


NB: store in the fridge up to a week.
